The Outreach and Programs committee directs programs to our membership and the community. The committee and subcommittees plan and facilitate monthly program meetings that promote education, outreach, and support for members and like-minded affiliates. The Outreach committee organizes our Speakers Bureau, LEED training, LEED continuing education and program partnerships with collaborative organizations. The USGBC Central Plains Chapter is an approved USGBC Education Provider, and therefore is capable of working with individuals or companies on developing courses geared towards the continuing education hours.
There are a number of opportunities to participate in the delivery of green building expertise to truly transform our built environment. We're currently looking for sponsors for networking events and CMP classes, along with presenters for lunch and learns and other programs.
